Delivery details


Uk Standard delivery is usually made within 24hrs of placing your order. Please allow 3-5 working days (Uk & NI only) of your order being placed for your goods to arrive, although they usually arrive quicker!!

International deliveries will take longer. You will receive an email notification once payment has been received and your goods have been dispatched. All items are sent via tracked delivery.


Orders placed on Fridays after 4pm , Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on Monday morning.

UK & NI standard delivery is £3.95

International standard delivery is 12.95 (Ireland and mainland Europe only) For anywhere outside these areas please email us first before placing your order. 



We are sorry but we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Returns Policy

If the goods are unsuitable or faulty please email us at within  48 hrs of receiving the goods to obtain a returns code please include your name, address & order number and if you would like a refund or an exchange.  Please return the goods to us at the address below confirming your returns code and specifying if you would like a replacement or full refund. 

Goods must be returned undamaged, unworn and in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging within 7 days of your order.

Any items with labels removed or tampered with will not be accepted. Any items that are make up soiled, smelling of perfume or washing powder or appear to have been worn will not be accepted. Earrings, belly bars and items with hygiene seals removed cannot be accepted for return.

Any returned goods are returned at your own cost and risk. A refund for returned un-damaged goods, minus original delivery costs, will be made within 14 days after inspection of the goods.

We DO NOT accept returns on SALE ITEMS, JEWELLERY  & BAGS

Please note – We cannot refund monies if we have not issued a returns code, therefore please ensure you obtain a returns code. Returns costs are at your own expense.

We would strongly recommend that you obtain a “Proof of Postage” when returning items, as we cannot accept any responsibility for any lost or stolen goods being returned to us.

We are unable to process any queries regarding orders over 60 days.


Faulty or damaged goods

Our policy on returns does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If the goods are received damaged then we will offer you a full refund or if you prefer an alternative product.

In such as case please contact us by e-mail. Please note that you must notify us of any damage within 48hours of accepting delivery. When returning goods please enclose all the packaging, instructions, leaflets etc, together with a brief explanation of the fault. We would recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods back to us as we would be unable to refund you the postage costs without this certificate.
